A journalist with the BBC has pleaded not guilty to three sex offences including rape when he appeared before Derry Crown Court.
Sean O'Halloran, 29, from Northland Road in Derry is accused of raping a woman in May 2014.
He is also accused of two counts of sexual assault on the same date.
When the charges were put to him he replied "definitely not guilty".
A date for his trial - which is expected to last up to five days - has yet to be confirmed.
The accused, who works for BBC Radio Foyle, was released on continuing bail and is due back in court on 8 April.
