Lidl Ladies’ National Football League, Division 2: Donegal 4-11 v 2-07 Clare
Donegal’s ladies were on fire again on Sunday when they convincingly swept aside title rivals Clare.
The top of the table clash at Fr Tierney Park in Ballyshannon ended with Domegal winning on a score of 4-11 to 2-07.
The ladies raced in to a 2-03 to 1-02 lead with some brilliant play by Glenfin player Yvonne McMonagle .
Her first half hat-trick put Donegal in a commanding lead of 3-04 to 1-03 at half time.
Termon player Geraldine McLaughlin scored a goal with 10 minutes remaining of the match to extend Donegal’s lead to 4-11 to 2-05.
