A six bedroom house with a reserve of just 45 thousand euro and 9 apartments with a reserve of 135 thousand euro are just two of the Donegal lots to be included in the latest Allsop property auction.
Bids for the properties open at 8am on Wednesday the 16th March.
In what some would see as a clear sign that any recovery in the property market has not reached Donegal, a 6 bedroom detached property in Ramelton goes to auction with a reserve of just 45 to 55 thousand euro.
It sits on 1 acre and has Gardens to the front and rear.
Also up for grabs is a residential building arranged to provide 9 two bedroom apartments on Meeting House street in Raphoe. It’s on with a reserve starting 135 thousand euro which equates to 15 thousand euro per apartment – though they are being sold as one lott.
In Bundoran, 30 thousand euro could get you a ground floor two bedroom apartment overlooking the sea while there is a detached seven bedroom house in Portnoo with a reserve of €215,000 euro.
Allsop says it does not handle the sale of repossessed family homes, or any properties subject to a legal dispute.
