Anger at removal of signs for charity event in Donegal

Concern has been raised following the alleged removal of signs by Donegal County Council across the county for a charity event in the Rosses area.
‘WAAR wild atlantic way adventure race’, a community led project by Naomh Muire takes place in May and the club erected signs across the North West.
However, it has been claimed Donegal County Council removed a sign in Lifford and has warned the club to remove the rest citing them as illegal.
Councillor Micheal Cholm Mac Giolla Easbuig has hit out at DCC saying residents should be allowed to do whatever they can to bring tourists to the area:
