Community in Dunfanaghy to fundraise for local Health Centre

An estimated 500 people attended last night's public meeting in Dunfanaghy in a bid to ensure the future of the health centre.

The meeting was told to either refurbish the entire building, or replace it with a new building will cost in the region of 700 thousand.

600 signatures have been collected inside a week, and it's been decided to mount a fundraising campaign locally to ensure matching funds are available for any future projects.

Last night's meeting was chaired by Michael Mc Clafferty, he says the local community is united..............
