Donegal County Council’s “Whole System of Work” referred to Value for Money committee

Donegal County Council’s Whole System of Work was back on the Council’s agenda this week with the matter to now be referred to Value for Money Committee for examination.
The controversial system was introduced at the tax payers expense at a cost of 4 million euro and was described as a framework with the aim of helping the council work more efficiently.
It’s argued that it has not been of any benefit to how the council is run with calls for the system to be scrapped coming as far back as 2010.
Councillor Mick Quinn says the promised benefits of the WSW have never materialised:
