Donegal failed to progress to the latter stages of the Dr. McKenna Cup, but manager Rory Gallagher is not too despondent.
He used the competition to get a look at many of the county”s up and coming players, and it was certainly a useful learning process for all involved.
Speaking to Oisin Kelly after the 0-12 to 0-8 defeat in Brewster Park in Enniskillen last night, Gallagher said attention now will turn to preparing for the National Football League opener against Down at the end of the month.
