Ulster Council asked to examine Donegal Convention procedures

Appeals have been lodged with the Ulster Council about procedures at last weeks Donegal County Convention.
Today’s Donegal Democrat reports that two clubs, Killybegs and Burt, are worried that motions were discussed and voted on prior to being seconded.
Despite retrospective seconding on around a dozen motions, the club have asked the provincial body to rule on the matter as they are concerned that decisions made on Sunday could be challenged in the future.
If the appeal is successful, a special GAA Convention would have to be held in January.
