Donegal estate continues to experience ‘sinking’ infrastructure

An estate in Donegal continues to experience a lack of response from Donegal County Council to rectify the on-going issue of subsidence in the area.
Approximately 30 houses in Close Niomh Chonaill in Glenties were built around 7 years ago.
The houses are structurally sound but there have been claims the infrastructure surrounding them is ‘sinking’.
This includes problems with sewerage and the condition of the main green area and footpaths in the estate are deteriorating.
Councillor Micheál Cholm Mac Giolla Easbuig is calling for a report from Donegal County Council on how they are going to proceed:
