The N15 Donegal/ Sligo road is closed between Tullaghan and Magharacar roundabout in Bundoran following a road traffic crash.
Two vehicles are believed to have been involved in the incident.
The extent of injuries is not yet known at this point.
Local diversions are in place and motorists are asked to avoid the area and use the old Bundoran Tullaghan road.
