House prices rise in Donegal according to latest daft.ie figures

There’s been a strong increase in house prices in Donegal according to the latest report from daft.ie.
Prices were 10% higher than a year previously, compared to a fall of 2% seen a year ago. The average house price is now €127,000, 12% above its lowest point.
Nationally, prices rose by 3-point-9 per cent over the summer months.
It’s a different picture in Dublin where the average price fell by 1-point-4 per cent over the last three months.
