Donegal cyclist in world championships

Following her promising display in the time trail event on Monday, Donegal’s Ciara Doogan will get her UCI road world championships race campaign later this evening in Richmond, Virginia.
Doogan, from Falcarragh, finished 28th in the junior women’s time trial, and will be the first of the Irish to compete later this evening.
Doogan, a first year student attending UCD, is a member of Errigal Cycling Club.
