Derry City gain crucial away point

Paul Hegarty’s Derry City picked up a valuable away point as they drew 0-0 with Cork City at Turner’s Cross.
This means that Derry have collected four points since Hegarty took over from Peter Hutton and this result eases their relegation fears.
Ryan McBride, Aaron Barry and Rob Cornwall were all booked for Derry in a game of few chances and in the end a draw was a fair outcome.
