Women for Election highlight low number of women TDs over 97 years

Wicklow has elected the most female candidates in Ireland to date.
Women For Election has compiled a table, which highlights the low level of women in the Dail.
Three counties, Cavan, Laois and Louth have never elected a woman, Donegal has elected two ; Mary Coughlan and Cecilia Keavney.
