Donegal Ladies begin search for new manager

Davy McLaughlin has stepped down as manager of the Donegal Senior Ladies.

McLaughlin lead the county to a first ever Ulster Senior title in July only to lose to Armagh in the quarter final of the All Ireland series.

The Moville man told the Donegal News  “It had nothing to do with that defeat to Armagh or anything like that, it’s just the sheer amount of time that you have to give to the job”.

“I  just felt that I wasn’t in a position to give that time next year”.
