A new Litter survey shows Letterkenny is Clean to European Norms.

IBAL research shows heavily littered areas are finally cleaning up

The latest survey by the Irish Business Against Litter alliance shows Letterkenny is Clean to European Norms, in 27th position in the ranking of 40 towns and cities nationwide,

However, Letterkenny has slipped from position of 11th last year, when it was deemed “Cleaner than European Norms”.
