Unite is to hold protests in Derry and Waterford later today demanding Schivo boss Seamus Kilgallen meets the union.
Fifteen redundancies have been announced at Maydown Precision Engineering since its transfer under Schivo ownership a month ago.
The union says management has breached a recognition agreement by refusing to engage with the union over the transfer or redundancies.
The protest in Derry takes place this afternoon at 4pm.
