Tyrone manager Mickey Harte has confirmed they will appeal the proposed suspension to Tiernan Mc Cann.
Harte says Mc Canns actions merited a yellow card but not the 8 week ban proposed by the Central competitions control committee who have charged him with bringing the game into disrepute.
