Donegal v Galway Preview – Rory Gallagher

Rory Gallagher 3

Donegal and Galway will meet for the sixth time in the All-Ireland championship later today.

The prize is a place in the All Ireland Quarter Finals on Saturday 8th August.

Their last competitive clash was in the 2014 Allianz Football League (Division 2) when
Donegal won by 1-16 to 0-12 in Pearse Stadium but it's 2009 since they last meet in the Championship, where Donegal prevail by a point.

Galway have been growing in confidence through the qualifiers and Donegal Manager Rory Gallagher knows they have quality to cause Donegal problems.
