A Councillor claims that the vast majority of money collected through the Local Property Tax in Donegal is being spent on administration.
Patrick McGowan says his inquiries have shown that the LPT, which replaced the local government fund, is not being used to provide any additional services to the public.
The Councillor says this is at odds to the promises made when the new tax was introduced:
