Tyrone produced a strong second half performance to win their All-Ireland Football Round 3B Qualifier against Tipperary on a final score of 0-19 to 0-7 at Semple Stadium in Thurles.
The sides were level at 0-4 apiece mid-way through the first half before Tyrone enjoyed a good spell before the break with Sean Kavanagh to the fore.
At the break, Tyrone led 0-7 to 0-6.
The Red Hand county were in full control in the second half with Darren McCurry and Conor McAliskey impressing.
Tipp’s problems were compounded when Liam Casey was given a straight red card.
Tyrone used six substitutes as they strolled to victory.
