House prices in Donegal rise by 9% in the second quarter of 2015

House prices are up 9% in Donegal according to the latest daft.ie survey.
The company’s latest property report shows that house prices are growing significantly outside of Dublin.
Prices are up 23 per cent in Meath and 18 per cent in Kildare compared to one year ago.
Counties Clare and Roscommon are both up 12 per cent.
In Donegal, prices between March and June 2015 were 9% higher than a year previously, compared to a fall of 9% seen a year ago. The average house price is now €124,000, 9% above its lowest point.
