Football for this summer has come to a sudden stop for the Donegal Minor team.
Declan Bonner’s side were the raging hot favourites for the Ulster title and were also marked as All Ireland contenders, but they suffered a one point defeat on Saturday evening in Clones losing to Derry in the Ulster Semi Final.
There is not back door or qualifiers for the minors so the championship has come to a quick end for the young Donegal chargers.
