AGSI welcome judicial inquiry into death of Sgt Michael Galvin

The Garda Siochana Ombudsman Commission says much of the commentary around the death of Sergeant Michael Galvin has been misleading, inaccurate and inflammatory.
The comment comes in a statement issued following Justice Minister Frances Fitzgerald’s announcement of a Judicial Inquiry into the death at Ballyshannon Garda Station last week.
The CEO of the Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors John Redmond is welcoming this new inquiry.
He says it’s the correct way to proceed…………….
