Donegal’s first Creative Strategy is to be launched by the county’s Local Enterprise Office on Monday next, with the LEO hoping that the strategy can prove as successful for the creative sector, as the Food Coast has for food in Donegal.
Michael Tunney, who heads up the Local Enterprise Office says the core purpose is to let people grasp the creative business opportunities that exist in Donegal.
The strategy was drawn up following lengthy discussions with people in the creative sector, and Michael Tunney saying it identifies a number of immediate projects to help creative people in the county reach their business potential:
