Mickey Harte returned to training last night with the Tyrone squad.
The three time All Ireland winning manager had being recovering at home from a surgical procedure which he underwent at the beginning of the month.
Meanwhile his captain Sean Cavanagh is in a race against time to be fit for the Ulster Championship opener with Donegal on Sunday 17th May.
Cavanagh had a minor procedure done on a troublesome knee tendon last week.
The Moy man is on crutches to keep the weight off the knee but he hopes to be back training soon to give himself a chance to be in Ballybofey in just over three weeks time.
