The Republic of Ireland u17 women’s team recorded an impressive 2-0 win over England in the opening match of their Elite Qualifying round at Turner’s Cross last night.
Greencastle’s Roma McLaughlin was in the side last night and Raphoe’s Zoe McGlynn is also part of the squad
Ireland play the Netherlands on Saturday in their next game.
