County Derry truck driver killed in Louth collision

It’s been confirmed that the man killed in a crash in County Louth was from County Derry.
The man was in his forties and from Castlerock.
He was behind the wheel of a truck when it struck a van on the M1 near the exit for Monasterboice at lunchtime yesterday.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was removed to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda where a post mortem examination is taking place today.
