Gardai raid homes as part of investigation into stolen Irish Water property

Gardaí at Milford are investigating the theft of a number of items which are the property of Irish Water.
It is believed that several water caps was amongst the property stolen, and it was reported to Gardai on Thursday.
A number of searches then took place on Friday on homes in the Letterkenny area and the items were recovered .
No arrests have been made. A file will be prepared for the information of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Investigations are continuing.
