Katie Walsh has become the third member of the Walsh family, and the third female jockey, to win the Irish Grand National.
She rode 20-to-1 shot Thunder And Roses to victory at Fairyhouse for trainer Sandra Hughes.
The Mouse Morris-trained Rule The World was second, also at 20-to-1 – while third was Sizing Coal at 40-to-1.
In his final Irish National, AP McCoy’s mount Cantlow ran out of steam up the final straight, while Los Amigos was an unplaced favourite.
