The 22-year-old from Derry was put on a life support system after falling ill at high altitude during a hike in Java where she and her friends were on holiday.
A talented Gaelic footballer, the granddaughter of John and Rosemary Orsi, from Fanad, was working as a physiotherapist in Singapore for the past year.
The family of the late Ms Orsi announced that their daughter was pronounced dead in Singapore General Hospital in the early hours of last Friday morning following surgery to remove nine organs for donation.
Funeral Mass will take place at the Church of the Immaculate Conception Trench Road, Derry at 12 noon today.
Burial is afterwards at Massmount Cemetery, Fanad.
