A day after their defeat to Monaghan, Donegal are analysing was went wrong in yesterday's 0-9 to 1-4 loss at Letterkenny.

Donegal failed to score a point from play and the goal was their only score of the second half.

It was their first defeat at home in the league, their second of the campaign and it now leaves them needing a possible two wins from their remaining three games with two away trips in Kerry and Mayo and to come.

Elsewhere Derry are fighting for survival after losing to the joint leaders Mayo at Celtic Park.

With three games to go Brian Mc Ivers side are still without a win.

Despite another draw, Tyrone are just two points of the top having finished all square with Dublin on Saturday night.
