Donegal could be hit with more snow and sleet for the next few days.
Met Eireann has issued a yellow snow and ice warning, which is in place until Wednesday afternoon.
Areas in the west and north are expected to get the heaviest snowfalls, with hills set to be worst affect, but slight accumulations possible in other areas.
The warning comes as a cold airmass from Canada approaches Ireland.
Meteorologist Harm Luijkx says more wintry showers are expected over the next few days.
