An investigation is under way to find the people responsible for significant dumping at a popular beauty-spot in Strabane.
Five bin-liners containing hundreds of nappies were discarded on the Park Road.
SDLP Councillor Patsy Kelly says this is a cross-border issue and it’s not the first time illegal dumping has taken place in the Strabane area:
