Council called on to look at ways of limiting speed in built up areas

Raising the issue Councillor Ciaran Brogan said the government has announced a review of speeding limits in council run estates but it doesn’t go far enough.
He says speeding in built up areas is significant problem which must be addressed in both private and council run estates:
