Former town council offices closing in Ballyshannon and Bundoran

Donegal County Council has confirmed that the former Bundoran and Ballyshannon Town Council offices will close to the public from next Monday.
The council says an outreach service will be provided through the existing libraries in both towns.
The opening hours at Ballyshannon Library wuill be increased from one half day per week to three half days per week. Bundoran Library will continue to open Tuesday to Saturday each week, providing a link to Council services on an outreach basis.
The council says this outreach service is being provided on a pilot basis to allow the Council to determine the level and extent of services required in both towns. In a statement, the council says this will help tailor services to meet the needs of the people in both Bundoran and Ballyshannon.
