Betty Holmes of Donegal Action for Cancer Care was speaking as a Sinn Fein deputation prepares to meet with senior personnel from Saolta, the management group which runs the facility.
Items on the agenda include the hospital's ongoing overcrowding crisis and the future of cancer services.
