34-year-old man being questioned in relation to Killea and Newtown ram-raids

A 34-year-old man has been arrested in Derry and is being questioned in relation to a number of ram raids in Co Donegal overnight.
A pharmacy in Newtowncunnigham and a take away in Killea were targetted just before midnight last night.
It’s understood a jeep, which was stolen from the Fortwilliam Terrace area of Derry, may have been used in the break ins in Killea and Newtowncunningham.
The PSNI recovered the stolen nissan quahquai, which was abandoned by four males at Racecourse Road in Derry, in the early hours of this morning.
