Strabane Cllr claims DARD HQ relocation to Ballykelly isn’t a done deal yet

The Derry/Strabane Super Council have requested the release of freedom of information regarding the relocation of the Department of Agriculture Headquaters.
In July last year the Northern Ireland Executive gave its approval for the Department of Agriculture headquarters to move to Ballykelly.
The confirmation of the relocation if the 700 jobs came despite the fact that Strabane had topped a table of suitable locations for the Civil Service jobs.
Last week it was announced in the Stormont budget that 1 million pounds would go towards helping with the relocation, but Strabane Cllr Patsy Kelly says it isn’t a done deal yet:
