Joseph Duffy agrees UFC deal

Donegal’s Joseph Duffy has agreed terms with the worlds leading Mixed Martial Arts promotion the UFC.
It’s understood the top lightweight prospect has signed a multi fight deal with his debut expected in March or April.
The Burtonport man’s move to the UFC will come as no surprise to MMA fans, he has a record of twelve wins and just one loss and has beaten the likes of current UFC fighters Conor McGregor and Norman Park in the past.
Duffy who is based in London also has had a successful professional boxer career where he was undefeated in seven fights.
Financial details of the deal haven’t been disclosed, but it’s understood to be extremely lucrative in comparison to standard entry-level UFC contracts.
