Paul McGinley had a most successful sporting year in 2014.
He captained Europe to Ryder Cup Victory against the USA in Gleneagles, was selected as team leader of the Mens and Ladies Irish Golf team at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and was awarded Coach of the Year at the BBC’s Sports Personality of the Year Awards.
