Two Donegal projects included in extra NRA roads allocation

60 million euro is to be spent on improvements to national roads.
The National Roads Authority identified roads in counties Donegal, Galway, Kerry, Leitrim, Louth, Meath, Mayo and Roscommon to benefit from the latest round of funding.
The Transport Minister Paschal Donohoe announced the money, which will be spent over the next three years.
The Donegal projects included in the package are the N56 from Boyoughter to Kilkenny on the main road between Dungloe and Glenties, and the Blackburn Bridge on the N15 on the Donegal Town side of Ballybofey.
Donegal South West Deputy Dinny Mc Ginley says both projects are important ones, and in the case of the N56, preparatory work has already been done…………
