Ulster pipped as Humphrey’s miss late conversion

ulster rugbyIan Humphreys missed a last-minute conversion for Ulster as they came up just short and lost 21-20 againt Munster in their Guinness Pro12 clash against Ulster at Thomond Park.
Ulster raced into a 12-0 lead with four penalties from Humphreys before Keatley registered Munster’s first score in the 23rd minute.
Munster then got a try through Robin Copeland and they clawed their way back into the game and went ahead to lead 21-15 late on.
Stephen Archer’s 72nd-minute sin-binning for Munster gave Ulster some hope.
Nick Williams got over for Ulster’s only try of the night, but Humphreys put the conversion wide.
This result send Anthony Foley’s side top of the table.
