The Derry-Coleraine rail project will cost double the cost that was estimated.
Regional Development Minister Danny Kennedy told the Northern Ireland Assembly yesterday that the project would cost double Translink’s original estimate of £20m.
The Assembly was told that the cost has been reassessed at £40m.
