Kilcar capture Division One title

Kilcar romped to victory in their concluding All-County League Division One clash as they defeated Gweedore by 5-19 to 0-10.
Having been tipped in some quarters to win the senior county championship, this was some consolation as they did not even make the quarter-finals of the championship.
In a high-scoring game in blustery conditions, Kilcar were never in any bother.
Meanwhile, Naomh Brid had a good Bank Holiday Monday with their intermediate side defeating N. Columba 2-6 to 0-6 in a quarter-final clash while their intermediate reserves overcame Buncrana 3-14 to 3-9.
