A group that works with young people in care says it is concerned with the findings of a HIQA report into Child Weldare and Protection Services in County Donegal.
An inspection by HIQA found non-compliance with 22 standards in areas including the protection of children who are at risk of harm or neglect.
HIQA's report found that cases were not prioritised, meaning that high risk cases were not consistently allocated a social worker, or the services given to children were inadequate.
An action plan is in place to address the concerns raised in the report.
