Young people urged to be aware of their mental health today

jigsaw logoJigsaw Donegal are urging young people to be aware of their mental health on National Mental Health Day.
A new report has shown that Ireland has the fourth highest rate in the EU of deaths by suicide among 15 to 19 year olds.
Separate research found that more than 11,000 people were treated in hospital for injuries caused by self-harm last year.
Elish, from Jigsaw Donegals Youth Advisory Panel has this advice for people:
