EU Commissioner in waiting Phil Hogan is appearing before the European Parliament Agriculture Committee.
He's facing some tough questions, not least from two of the three Midlands North West MEPs on the committee, Independent Luke Ming Flanagan and Sinn Fein's Matt Carthy.
