Derry to make changes for Athlone tie

DerryCityHomeDerry City take on Athlone Town at the Brandywell this evening as  part of a busy programme in the Premier Division of the League of Ireland.
The Candystrips are without the suspended defender Shane McEleney and midfielder Shaun Kelly while striker Rory Patterson is unlikely to start as he is still receiving treatment for a back injury.
Manager Peter Hutton may rest some first team regulars with a season-defining FAI Cup semi-final against Shamrock Rovers on the horizon.
The top two Dundalk and Cork City will resume their battle for league honours.
Dundalk go to UCD and Cork are at home to Sligo Rovers.
