Padraig MacLochlainn and Michael Noonan clash over Sinn Fein policy

Padraig MacLochlainnSinn Fein has called on the Government to scrap the introduction of water charges in light of the country’s improving finances.
The call was made in the Dail by Donegal Deputy Padraig MacLochlainn.
